"If you will listen diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, being watchful to do all His commandments which I command you this day, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you if you heed the voice of the Lord your God." - Deuteronomy 28:1-14

If you obey what God tells you, He says His blessings will overtake you. You will be blessed spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially everywhere you go.

1 Samuel 15:22 says that obedience is better than sacrifice.

You have just taken up precious moments of your time to learn this valuble lesson about obedience and disobedience, but you didn't have to learn the hard way. If you had just obeyed the commandment given to you at the beginning, you could have already been on your merry way, learning other new and exciting things.

Isaiah 1:19 states "If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land."

If God tells you to do something or not to do something, OBEY Him!

Remember though, now that you have heard the Word of the Lord, you are now responsible!

"If you know the right thing to do and don't do it, that, for you, is evil." James 4:17
